The staff were friendly and helpful, and their ability to communicate in English made our stay much easier. They even allowed us to store our bags on the day of check out, which was a nice gesture.

To our experience. The location was not ideal, as it was surrounded by noisy restaurants and the constant noise of people eating and drinking outside our window was bothersome.

The location was dope, right in the center of the city. We were close to Palermo Harbour, where we chilled by the water and took stunning Insta pics. We also hit up Mondello Minigolf and had a blast competing with each other for mini golf bragging rights. And let's not forget the sick vibes at the hotel, with digital programming on fleek for our entertainment. It was a dope vacation, no cap!

If I had to ask for one thing to make our vacay even better, it would be an epic party scene at the hotel. Don't get me wrong, the location and staff were lit, but we teenage party animals need a spot to turn up.
